Martha's Fusion Kitchen
If you're cruising through Columbus, Ohio, and craving something bold and satisfying, Martha's Fusion Kitchen is the hidden gem you didn’t know you needed. Tucked away at 3331 Maize Rd, this spot is a flavor-packed fusion of cultures served up with soul.
What sets Martha’s apart is how effortlessly it brings together the best of Latin-inspired comfort food with creative flair. You’ve probably heard whispers about their Birria Tacos—and yes, they’re as juicy and addictive as the hype suggests. But the real showstopper? The Pizzadilla. It’s like a lovechild between a pizza and a quesadilla, stuffed with seasoned meat, oozing cheese, and a crispy shell that hits the spot every time.
For those who like to keep things cheesy and indulgent, the Birria Quesadilla is a go-to. The meat’s slow-cooked to perfection, giving you that deep, rich flavor in every bite. And if you’re feeling adventurous, the Mulitas deliver serious texture and taste with layers of tortillas and melted cheese sandwiching that iconic birria filling.
What’s cool about Martha’s Fusion Kitchen is the laid-back, no-fuss vibe. It’s the kind of place where you walk in for a quick bite and end up staying a little longer because everything smells too good to leave. The menu doesn’t try to do too much—it focuses on a few killer dishes and nails them.
Whether you're a Columbus local or just passing through, Martha’s is that kind of joint that sticks in your memory. It's where comfort food meets creativity, and every bite feels like a hug.

Finally, an authentic Mexican restaurant close to where I work! The food is amazing! Tanya's tacos are incredible and the service is excellent! Easy to order through the website and it is ready quickly.
Martha's opened earlier this summer after being shut for almost a year. Its local family owned and operated. The server was super sweet and attentive. The place is quaint and frill free. They are known for their Birria meat. You can get it in Beef or Chicken. I tried the Birria tacos with chicken and it was lip smacking good. Best I have had in Columbus. They make them fresh and sell out quite often.they run out very quickly so definitely worth going in early. The Nachos were great as well. I tried the Jalapeño margarita and it was outstanding with that little kick of spice. Overall 10/10 you should definitely try them out.
Stopped in while visiting a friend in the area over the weekend and was blown away. I had ordered the birria tacos and my wife ordered the birrira bowl, our friend ordered the veggies burrito, a side of rice, and chips & salsa. The service was good, they forgot the side of rice but didn't total the order until we went to pay so no harm no foul. The portions were bigger than expected and the price was decent. The food was great and will definitely be a spot I hit when I'm visiting the area. The inside is small but works for the area.
A friend and I had lunch here at this hidden gem in North Linden. I had the beef Birria tacos x3 and they were heavenly. Probably the best Birria I've had recently in the city. The tortillas were crispy and the beef was tender and flavorful. Dipped in the Birria broth made it even more heavenly. This spot is convenient for dine in and take out. There are several booths and tables as well as a bar to sit at. You can even order an alcoholic drink to accompany your meal for dine in. Dont miss out on this great local family-owned spot!
The service is incredible and the barria tacos are second to none. I highly recommend the Big Chris margarita.
